How to unlock blackberry after “blackberry” message? HELP!?

Question by Mary Kate: How to unlock blackberry after “blackberry” message? HELP!?
I locked my phone, and couldnt remember the password. I typed multiple times, then it came up with “you must first enter blackberry” so I tried, come to find out my “c” button is broken! AHHH! help!!! It wont go away!

it wont go away. unless you unlock it. and since your “c” button is broken you won’t be able to. You will most likely have to go get it fixed at the store
