Can someone help me find a blackberry?

I need to get a blackberry that is official unlocked ” I can use it in Kuwait ” . It can either be bold or curve 8900. I need it to be in London or some where in the middle east without a plan. I heard there is a place that sell it in London or a website that ships to Kuwait for like 130KD which is like $ 448. Can someone give me a website that has it or the store’s name?
